The quotation process can vary from project to project. We always have one goal in mind and that is how can we use our expertise & experience to make your system more cost effective. We will endeavour to return the quotation back to you as soon as possible and will be in touch if we require any further information.
Common extras that can cause your system to cost you more
- Architects designing too many sprinkler heads on the reflective ceiling plan. Not only is this more costly for you it could also require a bigger water supply due to the flow rates. We will always install head locations as per BS9251.
- Extra valve sets per apartment being added to the system.
- Monitored isolation valves.
- Self pumping valves sets.
Throughout the whole quotation we will liase with you with our findings and report any ways in which your systems could be more cost effective.
